Wendy Lamin is a trilingual Belgian technology and innovation leader with deep experience spanning trade & economic development, commercial law, risk & insurance, global change communications, and human capital strategy.

She is an advisor at Scottish Development International, the international economic development agency of the Scottish Government, where she supports high-growth Scottish tech companies, to grow and scale internationally, with a recent focus on cybersecurity in space.

Previously, as Managing Director of Holoxica, she led a turnaround of a deep-tech holographic 3D company, delivering world firsts—including the groundbreaking 5G-to-5G live remote 3D video call at COP26—and securing British defence innovation contracts, NHS Living Lab partnerships, GITEXGLOBAL UAE showcase selection, and recognition for 3D telemedicine innovation during astronauts’ deep space missions. She was an ambassador for Scottish SMEs at a UK Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) Scotland roadshow and was asked to speak at Qinetiq/MoD's next gen training & simulation knowledge session.

Her earlier tenure at Marsh/MarshMcLennan included pioneering roles in global change communications, colleague engagement, and people-strategy leadership across international markets.
